Gravity Storm Brewery Cooperative is a local brewery with a large selection of beer on tap in Austin, Minnesota. We brew our beer in small, 40 to 80-gallon batches. Our owners test the beer and we decide if it's good enough to feature in our taproom. Our current tap list includes:

Pilsner 4.9% ABV


What most people call beer. A more flavorful version of a light lager.

Light Ale w/ Blood Orange 4.8% ABV


A light ale with an addition of blood orange puree. (Strawberry available)

IPA 6.7% ABV

Pencil Thin Mustache

A West Coast IPA dry-hopped with a massive amount of Mosaic and Azacca.

Sweet Stout (on nitro) 4.6% ABV

Saint Somewhere

Don't fear the dark! This is smooth and easy drinking.

California Common 5.1% ABV

California Dreamin'

Amber lager. An American original from the days of the Gold Rush. Rich caramel notes with a firm hop background. Think Anchor Steam.

Robust Porter w/ coconut 8.5% ABV

Coconut Telegraph

Dark ale with coconut flavor. Big coconut aroma with hints of chocolate.

Dopplebock 8.5% ABV


Liquid Bread. Perfect for a Minnesota winter.

Belgian Quadruple 10.4% ABV

A winter warmer, the Belgian yeast along with some added flavors give this beer some great spice notes to go with the big, boozy malt backbone
